Our Founder
Pat B. Hammons
Managing Director
Mr. Hammons specializes in business operations, financial management, tax preparation/compliance, due diligence reporting and corporate finance. Mr. Hammons holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and business management and completed his graduate studies in international business.
As the founder in 1985 of TFG Advisors, Mr. Hammons has provided accounting and financial consulting services to more than 500 growth and middle-market companies and individuals. Separate from his consulting services, Mr. Hammons has held CEO/CFO positions for firms in technology, online media, web commerce and merchant banking business verticals.
Mr. Hammons also previously served as the Arizona State Deputy Treasurer-Investments. As Deputy Treasurer, Mr. Hammons had sole investment responsibility for the state’s operating funds and permanent fund assets totaling $5.9 billion. Mr. Hammons also managed two local government investment pools with a combined balance of more than $4.5 billion.
